Ingredients:
– 8 oz (227 g) semisweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
– 3 large eggs, separated

Instructions:

7. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
