Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
