Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Chocolate pudding is a creamy dessert made with chocolate, milk, sugar and cornstarch. It’s a classic comfort food that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Whether served warm or chilled, it’s a delicious treat that’s easy to make and sure to please.

Ingredients:

– 8 oz (227 g) semisweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
– 3 large eggs, separated
– 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/8 tsp salt.

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder and salt.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it begins to steam.
3. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the milk until the mixture is smooth.
4. Continue to cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
6. Remove the pudding from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
7. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
